White Room & Breakfast
Welcome to the White Room & Breakfast, a charming Guesthouse located in the heart of Palermo. With its welcoming and refined atmosphere, the structure welcomes its guests with a range of services and comforts designed to make their stay unforgettable.
The three rooms of the structure, elegantly furnished and equipped with every comfort, offer the possibility of accommodating up to two people each. From the "Double - ROOM 1" and "Double - ROOM 2" rooms with an external but private bathroom, to the "ROOM 3 - Private external bathroom" room, every detail is taken care of to ensure maximum relaxation and tranquility.
Guests will appreciate the central location of the structure, ideal for exploring the beauties of Palermo, as well as its proximity to monuments, food and wine attractions, and local crafts. The White Room & Breakfast also stands out for its refined design, perfect for a romantic getaway or an elegant stay.
The structure also offers a range of services including a kitchenette, mini-bar, internet access, and room cleaning every three days. Guests will also enjoy a complimentary breakfast and a range of small attentions such as single-dose samples and hairdryers.

Breakfast in our White Room & Breakfast facility is served from 8:00 to 9:30 but on request it is also possible to have it in your room without supplement. A predominantly Italian buffet with cereals, jams, cappuccino, coffee and fresh croissants. For international guests we provide cold cuts, eggs, fresh bread and toast. Furthermore there is always fresh seasonal fruit and typical Sicilian desserts. Upon request we can serve alternative dishes based on the period and duration of the stay. Gluten-free breakfast is also available on request.

ROOM 3 is a double bedroom with private bathroom OUTSIDE THE ROOM for exclusive use (the bathroom is located approximately 6 meters from the room and to access it you have to pass through common areas. Shower with chromotherapy, 1 toilet, hairdryer (bidet not available in this room). In the room we find a glass desk, 32 LED TV, minibar inside the wardrobe, heat pump for heating and air conditioning. The amenities include a courtesy kit consisting of shower gel and shampoo, wardrobe two doors, safe. It has a balcony overlooking the street of Via Rosario Gregorio. Access to the room is with a traditional key.
ROOM 1 is a double bedroom with private bathroom in the room; shower with chromotherapy, 1 toilet, hairdryer, (this room does not have a bidet). I am Francesco Fiorito and I am the owner of the White Room & Breakfast guest house in Palermo. I was one of the first bed and breakfast managers in Palermo and for this reason I believe that the experience acquired over these years has been fundamental in offering an increasingly high level of service to my customers. I am a lover of travel, music and design. I like to always keep everything in order and I pay particular attention to cleanliness. I don't smoke and I don't drink alcohol. I have a diploma in agriculture and I love plants. I like to talk to my guests to have a chat or to plan excursions. I speak French and English even if in a purely scholastic way. I have two other accommodation facilities in Palermo called: Zero Room Breakfast and White which are also located at Palermo central station. I also have an accommodation facility in Monreale called Palazzo al Carmine. I worked as a deejay for several years in tourist villages and this contributed a lot to my professional training. I am always careful to make the environments and living rooms of my clients live up to expectations, which is why I collaborate with my colleagues Simona, Barbara, Nadia and Francesca who actively contribute to all this.
The White Room & Breakfast is located in Via Rosario Gregorio, 42 a few meters from Palermo's central train station. From our structure you can reach the three most famous markets in Palermo on foot in a few minutes: Ballarò, Capo and Vucciria. We are practically in the central area of Palermo and in a few minutes on foot you can reach the most famous monuments such as Palazzo dei Normanni, Teatro Massimo, The Cathedral, Teatro Politeama, Piazza Pretoria, etc. We are outside the ZTL area of Palermo and for this reason you can arrive by car or motorbike without problems. The area is quite quiet. You can park your car or motorbike in via Rosario Gregorio or in the surrounding streets and there are no blue lines. About 150 meters from the White Room & Breakfast there is the "Prestia e Comandè" BUS stop which provides the transfer service from the Central Station to Palermo Falcone & Borsellino Airport and vice versa.
We are located a few minutes walk from the Botanical Garden of Palermo and the seafront that leads to the main port of Palermo and the trapezoidal pier of the Marina Yachting, a space of approximately 26,000 square meters where inside there are restaurants, an amphitheater, an artificial lake with illuminated fountains and various shops where you can spend time.
The TRAM line 1 which is practically on the corner with our structure runs the route to the FORUM shopping center where there are shops and cinemas.
